Kundalini Yoga

cropped-images-1.jpgKundalini Kriya & Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan is known as the Raj Yog. It is both a series of physical movements and a meditation in motion at the same time. Ultimately it allows you to use your own creative energy to elevate, crystalize and heal. Through Kriyas (physical energizing sets with a specific objective), Pranayam (powerful breathing exercises), Mantra (the science of sound), Meditation (science of the mind) and deep relaxation; the practitioner, through a regular practice is able to strengthen the nervous system, balance the glandular system, cleanse their magnetic field, balance the chakras, awaken their inner essence and align with the Universal Life Force.

“You can either be above the energy of your life and ride it or below the energy of your life and have it ride you. That is where Kundalini fits in, it teaches you how to ride your energy” – YB

The science of Kundalini Kriya & Meditation  provides us with a vehicle that gives us practical tools to help cope with the escalating change in our environment. Kundalini Kriya incorporates a working understanding of the inner science of the mind, body, and spirit that will enable you to experience your True Self.

This sacred practice helps you live from your authenticity and elevates you into a sensory human being. It is a house holders practice and it is designed for people who have a limited time to balance the inner and outer world, because of our busy lifestyles with work, family, & home commitments. Kundalini is effective and efficient. It is extremely approachable and can be practiced by anyone if it is done gradually and according to the instructions.

There are no beginners classes or advanced classes. Come as you are and start where you are at. There are always modifications given for exercises that are challenging for different body types. If your body can move, and you are able to breath, then you can practice Kunalini Kriya & Meditation.
